Death of a Colleague

It is with great solemnity that I report the death of one of our own, Nick Kalir, who had been assisting us in our Otunia Operations division. Nick was betrayed by those he considered to be his friends, as is too often the case in this galaxy, becoming a victim of murder the previous night. His efforts in the name of the company, which included recruitment as well, will not soon be forgotten.

Nick — we, the Alderaan Mining Corporation, salute you.

AlGray to Oversee Shipbuilding

Etienne AlGray, recently hired for a position with Otunia Operations, has been personally tabbed by Vice-President Malina Derrnon to succeed her in handling all aspects of production at the company’s shipyards while she turns her attention to other pursuits. Having been approved by the Board to serve in this new capacity, Mr. AlGray now assumes the title of Superintendent of Shipbuilding effective immediately; responsible for managing the license of ship technologies and construction.

Superintendent of Recruitment Hired

We are pleased to welcome Zebak Molton to the ranks of the Alderaan Mining Corporation, as our Superintendent of Recruitment. He is charged with making the necessary hires that will enable us to expand our operations outward and become increasingly more productive as a firm going forward; responding to personnel needs as they evolve.

New Website Unveiled

Welcome, one and all, to the new online home of the Alderaan Mining Corporation. This update to our site framework was long overdue, and has at last come to fruition. We hope that you are as pleased as we with the simple, clean efficiency of the design, and pledge to offer pertinent updates at more regular intervals, on our firm and the progress it continues to make, from here on out.

Welcome to the Alderaan Mining Corporation

With the funding appropriated to me by my family, I have hereby launched a galaxy-wide expansion campaign for the company. Our firm, no more than a whisper on the lips of Alderaanian citizens until this day, will now cater to the raw materials needs of all of known space. We are also accepting applications for employment, and are opening ourselves up for any sort of negotiations with other corporations and governing entities.

I thank all who assisted me in this endeavor, especially President and Chief Operating Officer Correll Aintab, and my brother, Executive Vice-President Lex Derrnon. Together we will do our part to shape the future of the mining industry.
